This project features four standard rice balls available throughout the Expo period, along with two themed categories: “Japanese Onigiri” and “World Onigiri.” Every month, four new rice balls are introduced under these themes.As part of the “World Onigiri” lineup, the Cambodia-themed onigiri (Lok Lak Onigiri) is now available from June 11, 2025.
