S.E.A.T.S Inc. recently held its regular internal event, the “Company Party.”
The Company Party is an internal event open to all employees who wish to participate. It provides an opportunity for members who do not normally work together to connect and interact across different departments and positions.
This time, the event was held during the Pchum Ben season, one of Cambodia’s traditional holidays. Employees enjoyed a variety of traditional Cambodian games, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the event.
The party also featured a variety of food, including Japanese food handled by our company. While enjoying the food and games together, employees had the opportunity to interact with colleagues they do not usually work with and strengthen relationships beyond their day-to-day responsibilities.
The event provided a valuable opportunity for employees from different departments and roles to communicate in a more relaxed setting and build stronger connections within the company.
