Held at the Fairfield by Marriott in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, this prestigious event gathered high-ranking dignitaries like H.E Minister Heng Sour, the Minister of Labor and Vocational Training, and H.E Ueno Atsushi, the Japanese Ambassador to Cambodia, alongside esteemed figures from various business industries.
