For the third time, S.E.A.T.S Inc. partake in Job Fair at CJCC
CJCC has once again launched its job fair event, and this year marks the second time in 2023 that it has been opened for the public, especially the students or fresh graduates who wish to do job hunting. S.E.A.T.S Inc. as a company that has participated in the event with CJCC for the third time , are ecstatic to announce that our booth has been visited by hundreds of visitors.
This one day event has been a tremendous potential for us to present our company, products and the various job opportunities that we offer. At the onset of the event, there were fewer admissions than anticipated, possibly owing to the day being Sunday morning- a time when many people prefer to relax or pursue other interests. However, as the day progressed and approached the lunch hour, the number of visitors started to increase significantly. After lunch, the influx of visitors continued, and our booth representative was kept busy providing information and answering questions. The increased traffic was a testament to the interest and engagement of the attendees, and our representative was happy to assist and engage with each visitor who came to our booth.

On top of that, the showcase of our Kampot pepper at our booth had attracted a vast number of visitors, especially the middle aged, to stop by our booth to observe our products. In the wake of what we introduced our product, many of them were keenly interested in purchasing it for personal use. In fact, a few of them even inquired about partnership opportunities with our company. This positive response from the visitors indicates that our products have the potential to appeal not only to foreign shoppers but also locally.
In addition, this time we had developed the design of the job leaflet to a new height by shortening the company profile in one page attached with the job description. This has helped us to present a clear and concise picture of our organization to potential candidates. Additionally, we have seen a significant increase in the number of visitors to our website and career page thanks to the inputting of a QR code. This has proved to be an effective way of attracting more attention and interest from job seekers and individuals interested in our company compared to the previous job fair. To recap, participating in this event furnishes us with a greater source of opportunities that we will capitalize on by developing stronger connections and building partnerships to reach our future stakeholders effectively.
