LOKA Food & Beverage recently participated in the prestigious sake event "Niigata Sake no Jin 2024" held in Niigata Prefecture, Japan. Inspired by the renowned Oktoberfest beer festival, "Niigata Sake no Jin" was established in 2004 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Niigata Prefecture Sake Brewers Association. Like Oktoberfest, the event aims to celebrate local produce and connect people through delicious food and sake. Niigata boasts the highest concentration of sake breweries in Japan, and "Niigata Sake no Jin" reflects this rich heritage. With the rise in income levels in recent years, high-quality Japanese products have come to Cambodia. This time, a tasting event for sake was held. We also participated in this event among more than 100 special guests as part of the sake provider. The event was organized by the Japanese Embassy in Cambodia and introduced sake from more than 20 different regions of Japan.
